*) If there are no blastocysts 5 days after egg retrieval and there were transferable embryo(s) on day 2 (standard procedure) then the treatment is considered completed. We will reimburse the extra price for blastocyst culture but not the treatment price.

IVF-treatment
Prices include all scans, egg retrievals and embryo transfers as well as freezing of surplus suitable eggs. Prices also include the statutory test for HIV and hepatitis.
Treatment is considered completed if embryos have been transferred.

Contract on three IVF treatments
Prices include all consultations, including talks, all scans, egg retrievals and embryo transfers as well as freezing of surplus suitable eggs as well as thawing and transfer of thawed eggs.
Prices also include the statutory tests for HIV and hepatitis.
A treatment is considered to be successfully if an embryo has been transferred.
The contract for three IVF treatments includes up to 5 initiated treatments, see the contract here.
The only extra costs are for medicine.

There is an extra charge on contracts on three treatments for women aged 40 years and older on EUR 700, as they on average have more treatments than women under 40 years.

Payment for treatment should be made either in cash or by transfer to the account of Fertilitetsklinik IVF-SYD's: 3205-32053777778.  SWIFT-BIC: DABADKKK, IBAN NO: DK8730003205377778. We must have received payment before treatment is initiated. When transferring to bank account, please state the name of the female together with her date of birth.
